Job Title: Data Modeler (US Citizen Only)Location: RemoteWe are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualificationsResponsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain logical and physical data models to meet the business requirements.
Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into data models.
Ensure data models are consistent, scalable, and aligned with the overall data architecture.
Conduct data model reviews with project teams and ensure models meet standards and best practices.
Develop and maintain data modeling standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Collaborate with database administrators to ensure proper implementation of data models in the database systems.
Perform data analysis and profiling to understand data quality and integrity issues.
Create and maintain documentation related to data models, including metadata and data dictionaries.
Provide support for data migration, data integration, and data quality initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in data modeling, database design, and data management.
Proficiency in data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner).
Strong understanding of relational database concepts, SQL, and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
Experience with dimensional modeling and data warehouse design.
Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Federal Experience is a plus.
