Job Description:

Manage a national survey capturing the perceptions of community members from populations of focus across all eight project sites. Code data collected from the Survey of Perceptions and Outreach Event Log from all sites. Ensure quality control of data collected from surveys and event logs submitted into the Qualtrics system from each project site. Troubleshoot Qualtrics surveys and data entry for project sites.
Create graphics for visualization of data collected from Survey of Perceptions and Outreach Event Log. Assist statistician with analysis of project data and dissemination as needed.
Provide survey and event data for quarterly reports to the CDC. Attend monthly meetings with funding agency to provide data related updates.
Attend weekly local project team meetings to provide data related updates. Attend biweekly All-Hands meetings of all sites to provide date related updates.
Update outreach staff on collection instruments and provide training on data entry and collection.
Contribute to the design and maintenance of codebook and survey material.

Expected Salary:

$52,000 – $58,000 commensurate with education, skills, and experience

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, coupled with the knowledge of when to seek advice.
Honest, trustworthy, able to think strategically as demonstrated in interview.
Able to manage day-to-day activities while maintaining project deadlines.
