Marketing Consultancy Lab We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and accurately inputting data into our systems, ensuring that information is recorded correctly and efficiently. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will support various departments in maintaining accurate databases and records, allowing our organization to operate smoothly and meet its goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Input data accurately and efficiently into the database system.
• Verify and update existing data to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Maintain and organize files and records to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries based on collected data.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and protection from loss.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position, with demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
• Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with the team.

Expected salary

$17 – 22 per hour
