Role Purpose: The Senior Analyst will assist us in using in-depth knowledge in quantitative database marketing and an understanding of business processes to develop analytics solutions that address business issues.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with the client to understand marketing objectives
  • Develop custom performance reporting and analyses across multiple channels (Search, Display, Social, Email etc)
  • Architect solutions & provide recommendations that drive results on client campaigns & objectives
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to formulate industry-best-practice analytic solutions and directly contribute to a variety of validation activities such as model design, execution and assessment; data review; and campaign/marketing performance evaluation.
  • Responsible for assisting in defining a comprehensive measurement framework, developing effective reporting and dashboards with an objective to evaluate marketing performance and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  • Manage the day-to-day core insights/trends of our digital marketing programs to help guide optimization efforts.
  • Work with various internal and external stakeholders to develop project plan, manage the day-to-day tasks and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Strong SQL skills required ; Python experience
  • Experience with Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio preferred
  • Discover hidden insights or patterns through advanced data mining techniques on un-structured business problem
  • Ability to complete advanced analytic tasks (including modeling, segmentation) and create meaningful analytical outputs – Ability to identify areas for statistical innovation or process improvement develop approaches or processes/codes to 1) improve client business results, 2) improve efficiencies, 3) reduce potential errors
  • 2+ years of experience in quantitative marketing arena, in database and digital (addressable) marketing, including strong understanding of relational database concepts and direct marketing concepts
  • Possess core analytical competencies such as ability to formulate an analytical problem; QC data and results; Summarize key findings/insights; Make actionable recommendations; and develop new analytical solutions to solve challenging business problems
  • 2+ years of experience applying statistical techniques such as regression, cluster analysis, factor analysis, time series forecasting, experimental and design to solve business problems
  • Contribute to innovation, process improvement, standardization

Other: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E) or equivalent in statistics, math, economics or related scientific/quantitative field plus several years’ experience in applied disciplines; Advanced degree (M. Tech., M.S., Ph.D.) preferred
