We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our Vector team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to generate actionable insights, supporting decision-making processes, and enhancing our data infrastructure. This role will work closely with various teams to ensure data accuracy and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze ad performance data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights for improving campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate ad performance findings to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in ad engagement, user behavior, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting strategies, app monetization methods, and product features to optimize ad performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to understand ad tech data needs and deliver relevant insights.
• Document methodologies, processes, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility of analyses.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional work experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Strong expertise in data visualization tools and programming languages (Python 3).
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g. PySpark).
• Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relocation to Barcelona is optional and based on the candidate’s preference.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks.
• Experience in the ad-tech sector.
• Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.
