Data Analyst

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, the Data Analyst operates in the Client Services Unit. Elements of this role include:


WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management or Engineering.
  • A minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in Data Analysis.

Additional Strengths

  • Proficient in data reporting software such as Entrinsik Informer, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS.
  • Proficient in the use of statistical analysis software such as SPSS and Excel.
  • Proficient in extracting data from relational database systems such as MySQL and MS SQL.
  • Proficient in designing dimensional database structures
  • Proficient with collection and analysis of complex data, both narrative and statistical.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to be a team player.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position is part of the PSAC, Local 60551 employee group and falls under the PTSU Collective Agreement.
