Data Analysis & Evaluation Officer

We are looking for a Data Analysis & Evaluation Officer to join our Business Planning & Insights (BPI) team.  You will be at the forefront in helping us take forward the analysis, insight, and evaluation capability at Solent University. You will be working within a dynamic team who are keen to increase understanding of our students and their experience and ultimately support them in achieving their potential.

The role will work with the Senior Analyst to deliver strategically aligned analysis and evaluation projects in support of activities related to Student Success, Access and Participation and continuous improvement. You will work with stakeholders across the University to ensure that the outputs from research are shared in an accessible and impactful way.

About you

We are looking for a strategic and analytical thinker who is confident in working with multiple sources of data and information to derive insight and make clear and actionable recommendations.  You will have a collaborative approach and excellent communication skills; able to manage varied requirements and to present data in engaging formats. 

You will have a passion for insight, a creative approach to developing solutions for a range of audiences, have a positive can-do attitude with the ability to anticipate and respond to complex stakeholder requirements. 

This is a relatively new team and you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and transformation of the BPI function at Solent.
