We are looking for a talented Customs Supervisor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis on our day shift in Tallaght, Dublin.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to €43,000 per annum. We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Overseeing a team of 2 Customs Administrators.

• Prioritizing tasks and assisting with workload in peak periods

• Dealing with Irish Revenue and Customs, HMRC and software provider on queries and new procedures

• Ensuring timely export, import and transit clearances are carried out to meet the requirements of a varied customer base and internal operations team.

• Producing reports as required by XPO Finance team and external Customers.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Essential: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs in Ireland with strong background for Ireland/UK imports/exports.

• Essential: PBN/GMR/FFD knowledge required

• Essential: Experience preparing/dealing with transit docs

• Essential: Experience dealing directly with customs/revenue

• Essential: Previous experience managing a team

• Essential: Strong organizational and communication skills

• Desirable: Deep sea, DAFM, CHEDs experience will be an advantage
