In this role as Customer Window Engineer will act as the primary interface for customer related enquiries (internal and external), for example: RFQ activities, technical changes, refinement of product technical solution together with Autoliv China team. 

If you think you’ll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient and effective service to customers and enhance the customers’ experience and satisfaction.
• Facilitate alignment of customer’s current and future technical and commercial needs and Autoliv’s product roadmap together with China team. 
• Earlier engagement in RFQ phase, promote Autoliv product such as HOD (hands on wheel detection) technology to customer.
• To support CTC LEC project development issue communication and get customer approval.
• Ensure the way of working are aligned with the overarching company and Autoliv China strategy and goals.
• Support C-OEM customer visit to Autoliv Europe

and if you have/are:

• Major in Mechanics Engineering
• Fluent in English
• Very open mind-set, willing to take challenges.
• Comprehensive understanding of the intricate demand of the fast-growing Chinese automotive market.
• Willing to adapt to the way of working with Chinese OEM.
• Customer focused and quick response, good negotiation/communication skills, a global team player.
• Cultivate robust relationships with customer and internal Autoliv team.
• Flexible both local and international travel, with a high frequency of customer visit to establish connection—biweekly visits are expected at a minimum.
• Driving the success of problem-solving is a plus.
