Customer Support Specialist (Remote, English Speaking, October 14th, 2024)

Our Customer Support team helps our customers set up their stores, use our tools, manage their orders, and promote their businesses. We aim to provide world-class support to all of our customers, so we’re looking for motivated and energetic Customer Support Specialists to help our customers succeed.

This is a full-time, remote job position with the following schedule:

  • Tuesday to Saturday from 15:30 to 24:00 (Sunday, Monday—off)
  • Sunday to Thursday from 15:30 to 24:00 (Friday, Saturday—off)

Remote work has its perks, that’s why around 90% of our Customer Support team work from the comfort of their homes, and many even outside of Riga! The necessary onboarding is available remotely.

Equipment and work environment expectations:

  • You’ll need a stable and reliable internet connection (at least 40 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, you can test the speed of internet connection here)
  • You’ll work in a comfortable, quiet, and private workspace at home or elsewhere without disturbance

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Reply to approximately 50 interactions (emails, chat messages, and phone calls) within one business day
  • Make our customers feel seen and heard with prompt, accurate, kind, and responsive replies

What we expect from our Customer Support Specialist:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Positive working attitude
  • Resourcefulness, responsibility, and precision, even under pressure
  • Ability to remain cool and collected while corresponding with customers

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the mediator between the customer and Printful, and get to learn every part of the business. Since we’re a fast-paced and fast-growing company, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn and thrive professionally.
