Customer Success Manager, (f/m/x) – Remote or Hybrid in Düsseldorf – SaaS/Greentech/Fashion

What you will do:
You’ll join a globally distributed CSM team and your focus will be on our enterprise fashion and textile partners in the DACH region.
You will:
- Manage customers by proactively ensuring project success with the implementation of the retraced platform
- Support these customers by defining a clear quarterly framework, and a success roadmap that has KPI-driven goals to be achieved and evaluated together
- Plan and execute the activation of customers’ supply chain networks
- Be the first touchpoint for customers and their network in case of problems or specific needs
- Understand the needs and problems of brands and suppliers to transfer insights to the product development team
- Identify up-selling opportunities within existing customer networks

Who you are
- Expertise in the Fashion and Textiles Industry with a deep understanding of the supply chain
- You have multiple years of experience in a customer-facing B2B position in Fashion (IE: Sustainability Management/Account Management)
- You are a communicator by nature, you like dealing with people and solving problems
- You are tech-savvy and have excellent project management skills
- You understand the importance of an SLA-driven approach and how that impacts the business as a whole
- Our internal language is English but fluent German is required for client communication
- If you have existing experience working in SaaS relating to fashion & textile supply chain, CSR/ESG or Clean-Tech this is highly desirable
- You care about sustainability and are dedicated to driving meaningful impact through your work
