The basic pay is £10.42 per hour but with commission a majority of our customer service advisors see an income in excess £26,000pa. These agents have a desire to succeed and are very self-driven.

Customer service advisor role

Your purpose will be to retain as many customers for Foundever’s client as possible through tailoring broadband, TV and mobile phone packages to meet the customers’ lifestyle and needs. This success will be rewarded with commission- you will see a reward for every customer that you retain.

After training with us at Foundever you will be rewarded for truly understanding customers’ needs by tailoring a broadband, TV and mobile phone package that is perfect for them. Your goal is to retain customers by matching packages to their preferences and lifestyles.

If you have experience in retail, care, office work, sales or hospitality (whether that is bar, catering, restaurant, hotel or kitchen) then you have the perfect transferable skills. If you don’t have experience, don’t worry! We are very experienced at providing very specific training to make you a customer service expert. All we ask is that you have a passion for helping people and are able to talk on the phone. Computer literacy is also necessary.

Remember, the commission is excellent. Your reward will depend on your own drive to do well. We will support you with this by giving all the tools you need, but understanding your customer will drive your ultimate success.

We do operate in a call centre environment and work over 7 days. The typical example shift structure of a customer service associate is below: (Provided as an example only, this is subject to change periodically – no Sundays and no late weekend finishes!)
