Customer Service Representative with Spanish – Hybrid (m/f/d)
Then we are looking for you as a SPANISH-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in Berlin Spandau in full- or part-time for Raisin.
We offer you:
Basic Salary 2080 €/month + Project Bonus up to 250 €/month
Permanent employment contract with 27 days of holiday + special leave whenever you need it
Relaxed working hours from Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM and 6:00 PM, no weekends!

These are your new tasks:
You advise our Spanish speaking customers via phone and email and increase customer satisfaction by solving requests promptly and competently
You respond to and resolve customer complaints
You will build relationships with new and existing customers to provide the best possible customer experience
You show great attention to detail and working effectively in a team
You always adhere to the principles and values of the company
You have exactly what we need:
Fluency in Spanish and English
Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience in a customer focused or sales environment, previous contact centre experience is desirable
Demonstrable experience of working within a structured process
Proficient IT Skills (Microsoft-Office)
The ability to work well as part of a team
Being flexible and open to a new challenge
You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
You are empathetic and socially competent
You must own a valid Work Permit for Germany
