We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative based in West Des Moines, Iowa. The role involves assisting customers with inbound calls and online applications in a professional and empathetic manner. The job function requires strong customer service skills, data entry abilities, and technical support competencies.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers with high professionalism and patience

• Provide assistance to customers with online applications and troubleshoot any issues they encounter

• Maintain a database with accurate and up-to-date customer records

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role

• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service

• Experience with data entry tasks and maintaining customer databases

• Ability to provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot common issues

• Proficiency in using MS Word for document creation and editing
