Description

We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team in the Property Management industry, located in Tustin, California. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be handling customer applications, keeping precise customer relations, and resolving customer inquiries. Furthermore, you will be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications.

• Oversee and manage customer accounts.

• Resolve any issues or errors concerning customer accounts.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle inbound calls professionally.

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.

• Conduct data entry tasks and maintain customer databases.

• Communicate with customers through email correspondence effectively.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks.

• Manage accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Resolve any errors or discrepancies in customer accounts promptly.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls with a customer-focused approach

• Demonstrated expertise in providing exceptional customer service

• Excellent skills in data entry with high attention to detail

• Proficient in email correspondence, ensuring detail oriented and timely communication

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Competence in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Experience in account management, capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously

• Ability to resolve errors promptly with effective problem-solving skills
