Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in San Diego, California. This role is crucial to maintaining customer relationships within the manufacturing industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent customer service, handle order inquiries, and manage customer accounts. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls • Assist various departments and teams in their daily operations • Set up and create new accounts for customers • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction • Respond to order inquiries promptly via email and phone calls • Perform data entry tasks • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to perform tasks and maintain records • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required Requirements • Demonstrated experience in answering inbound calls.

• Proven skills in call center customer service.

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

• Proficiency in data entry tasks.

• Experience in managing email correspondence professionally.

• Capability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for documentation.

• Experience in order entry processes.
