Description

We are currently seeking to hire a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products or services. The successful candidate will share our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.

• Provide accurate information about products and/or services.

• Follow the company’s communication guidelines, procedures, policies, and standards.

• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.

• Maintain and update customer records and database efficiently.

• Manage a large number of incoming calls and customer inquiries.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education will be a plus.

• Proven customer support experience.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

• Superior communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
