Robert Half is seeking a capable and dedicated Customer Service Representative for a reputable non-profit client in El Cajon, CA. This role offers the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. We are looking for well-rounded individuals with excellent communication skills, who can maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Fielding customer inquiries and providing comprehensive responses to questions about products, services, and eligibility. Managing a high volume of inbound calls and resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner. Recording customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in a detailed and accurate manner. Assisting customers with the online application process and troubleshooting any technical issues. Working in coordination with various teams to communicate and prioritize customer needs accurately. Ensuring customer feedback is relayed to the appropriate departments for quality control and improvement of services. Providing first-level issue resolution, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams. Maintaining a strong understanding of products, services, policies, and procedures to offer accurate information to customers.
Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in CRM software is a must.

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the health or non-profit sector.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.

Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.

Quick decision-making skills and ability to handle complaints tactfully.
