We are seeking a Medical Scheduler based in San Antonio, Texas. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing and scheduling preventative health care screenings for patients. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Scheduling: Manage a daily call schedule aimed at filling appointments for patients’ preventative screenings.

• High Call Volume: Once trained, complete a minimum of 70-80 calls per day to ensure patients are scheduled in a timely manner.

• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records for tracking and managing patient outreach and scheduling.

• Data Management: Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and other software tools for tracking and follow-up.

• Customer Service: Engage in friendly, professional communication with a senior patient focus, helping ensure patients are informed and supported.

• Experience: Prior experience in healthcare scheduling, especially in medical or preventive care settings.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with EMR systems and web-based communication tools.
