Great opportunity for Customer Service Representative. Our client is expanding and needs amazing CSR to join the team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with managing inbound and outbound customer communications.

The Customer Service Representative will be over but not limited to:

• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a positive attitude

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

• Communicate via email, phone and chat with Customer

• Update system regarding customers’ information as needed

  Requirements

• Previous Customer Service Representative experience- required

• Comfortable communicating on the phone- required

• Data entry experience -required

• MS office
