Customer Service Representative in Ossining, New York

We are seeking a bilingual customer service representative to join our team in Ossining, New York. This is a contract-to-hire position.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact, handling inbound calls, emails, and written correspondence

• Accurately process donor contributions and maintain comprehensive records of all transactions

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and track information and donations

• Show compassion and understanding when speaking directly with customers, providing a positive experience for them

• Handle confidential information, such as credit card details and checks, with utmost discretion

• Respond to and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in Data Entry and Order Entry

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls

• Previous experience in a Call Center Customer Service role

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently

• Proficiency in Email Correspondence

• High level of responsibility and accountability

• Ability to handle confidential donor information with discretion

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

• A positive attitude and professional demeanor
