Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment, handle inbound and outbound calls, and perform data entry tasks. This role is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction and driving customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns.

• Accurately enter customer information and order details into the system.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize customer data.

• Schedule appointments as required by customers.

• Ensure all email correspondence with customers is professional and timely.

• Assist with order entry and processing.

• Continuously improve customer service skills to enhance customer experience.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service goals.

• Proactively identify potential problems and escalate to management as needed. Requirements • Possess strong skills in answering inbound calls

• Proven experience in call center customer service

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service

• Proficiency in data entry tasks

• Good at email correspondence

• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry is a must

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively
