We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the medical industry. Based in Miramar, Florida, this role involves maintaining the accuracy and integrity of e-commerce operations, ensuring that customers receive their orders on time and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify incoming customer orders for accuracy and completeness prior to fulfillment.

• Identify and flag potentially fraudulent transactions.

• Maintain communication with customers to clarify order details, resolve discrepancies, and provide updates on order status.

• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and tracking to ensure a seamless e-commerce experience.

• Accurately input order data into the system, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interaction and communications.

• Work closely with the fulfillment, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on promotions, product launches, and customer engagement strategies.

• Leverage sales experience to upsell and cross-sell products during customer interactions, contributing to revenue growth.

• Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve service offerings and product quality.

• Provide exceptional customer service through chat and email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Familiarity with NetSuite software is desirable

• Ecommerce experience

• DME (Durable Medical Equipment) highly preferred

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls

• Demonstrated experience in a call center customer service environment

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
