Frontline customer contact recipient across multiple channels such as phone, social media, email, etc. Diving into customer contact data and trends to identify the root of a problem and solving it Managing workflow, escalations, and effectively routing customer contacts across our team. Resolving customer contacts and closing the loop on escalated contacts. Work with Blenko leadership to illustrate and improve the customer experience. Proactively creating and curating the Blenko customer experience online and in person. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma 2+ years customer management experience preferred Proficient with computers – email, Excel and Word, social media, ticketing systems, CRMs, etc.
