Customer Service Representative in Millville, Utah

Your role…

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, answering inbound calls, emails, and making outbound calls as needed. You will provide exceptional customer service by assisting business owners, agents, bookkeepers, and others involved in the audit process with their questions, concerns, and needs. Your responsibilities will include resolving issues, extending audit due dates, and providing general support to ensure a positive customer experience.

In this role you will…

  • Demonstrate active listening and clear communication, including the ability to effectively understand and respond to customer inquiries.

  • Address complaints and conflicts with professionalism and calmness.

  • Quickly identify and resolve customer issues.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of information.

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Work effectively with other departments to address customer needs.

  • This is an in-office role, Monday- Friday between the hours of 8AM-6PM.

    To be successful in this role you need…

  • 1-2+ years of customer service experience preferred

  • Strong phone communication skills

  • Proficiency with computer database systems and software

  • Positive and professional attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident and self-assured personality

  • Bilingual skills are a plus

    Your Compensation…

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes variable compensation eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This salary range for most locations for this role is $13.50-$18.00. The salary range could be lower or higher based on specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
