Customer Service Representative in Loveland, Colorado

Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to be part of our team. The role is focused on customer service and data entry in a call center environment, and is located in Loveland, Colorado. This is a short-term contract role that offers a chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service

• Efficiently enter customer data into the company’s system

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks

• Conduct order entry tasks as required

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Schedule appointments as necessary

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, providing customer service, and data entry tasks

• Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience with order entry is required

• Must be able to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred

• Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and CRM tools is a plus

• Ability to remain patient and courteous when dealing with difficult situations

• Must be open to working in shifts, during weekends, and on public holidays if required.
