Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Louisville, Kentucky! You must be available for the following three days: October 16, 17, 7 18th from 8am – 5pm. Dresscode: T-shirt will be provided, black pants, black socks, and black shoes.

Working in the marketing industry, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relations within a trade show environment. This role will require the ability to efficiently scan customer badges, while also greeting and resolving any customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service

• Experience in Scanning

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Ability to work well in a team environment
