Customer Service Representative in Greenville, South Carolina

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Greenville, South Carolina., United States. In this role, you will be tasked with providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining precise data records. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations within our team and satisfaction among our customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound phone calls, promptly responding to customer inquiries.

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer records in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Manage email correspondence with customers, ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with various internal teams to align activities with customer needs and maintain smooth operations.

• Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately.

• Schedule appointments and follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on operational changes and communicate relevant updates to the team.

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for the department, ensuring consistency in service delivery.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound outbound calls in a call center environment

• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and documentation

• Experience with order entry and processing

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and manage time efficiently

• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
