Robert Half is currently partnering with an organization local to Concord, NH in their search for multiple Customer Relations Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers regarding delinquent balances, payment plans, financial hardships, and reconnect services due to outstanding balances. Utilizing our client’s Customer Information System, the representative will work to find solutions that meet both the customer and company’s needs.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls with courtesy and professionalism.

• Use the client’s Customer Information System to manage and update customer accounts.

• Understand customer situations to negotiate beneficial resolutions for payment issues.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Commit to strictly adhering to assigned schedules, including breaks.

• Contribute positively to a diverse team.
