Customer Service Representative in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania

NOW HIRING IN CHAMBERSBURG, PA!!

Job Duties:

• Manages assigned retail accounts from order entry to delivery.

• Communicates with the warehouse on customer shipping requirements. Ensures that expected ship and arrival dates are met.

• Communicates with customer via phone, email, or chat, answering any questions they may have about products, warranties, delivery time, etc.

• Resolves any inventory, pricing, and/or quantity issues on the orders.

• Reviews out-of-stock items and communicates them to the Sales Representatives and customers.

Hours:

• Training will be Monday-Friday 9a-6p

• After 4 weeks the permanent shift will be Monday- Friday 11a-8p

• This position will start fully onsite but will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule once metrics are consistently achieved

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma.

• 3+ years customer service experience.

• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and enter data while taking calls.
