Robert Half is seeking a talented, self-driven Customer Service Representative to join a growing organization based in the Boca Raton area. The Customer Service Representative position is a contract-to-hire opportunity that will start immediately. The Customer Service Representative will be asked to answer incoming customer calls, process and enter orders, problem-solve issues, and communicate effectively with a wide variety of contacts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, questions, and requests

• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints or issues

• Maintain knowledge of the company’s products and services

• Accurately enter and process orders

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times

• Research and data entry on various sites

  Requirements

Requirements

• Ability to type 35+ WPM

• Proficiency with computer programs such as MS Excel and MS Word

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

• Ability to maintain professionalism when customers are upset or frustrated

• 1+ years of customer service experience

• Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment
