Customer Service Representative in Ball Ground, Georgia

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative located in Ball Ground, Georgia. The individual will be part of a team in the industry, with their role predominantly focused on providing support to customers and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information about our products and services.

• Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues professionally, escalating when necessary.

• Updating and maintaining customer records in the company’s system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Working in collaboration with internal teams, such as sales and logistics, to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Accurately processing customer orders, as well as returns, refunds, and exchanges, in line with company policies.

• Assisting in tracking shipments and coordinating deliveries as required.

• Providing comprehensive product knowledge and recommending solutions to fulfill customer needs.

• Efficiently managing multiple customer requests and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Utilizing skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as other relevant software, to perform duties effectively.

• Answering inbound calls, managing email correspondence, and scheduling appointments as part of the role. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls effectively

• Experience in a call center customer service role

• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer satisfaction

• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry and processing customer orders efficiently

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues effectively

• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes or procedures as required

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
