Customer Service Representative in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This role will primarily revolve around providing exceptional support to our eCommerce clients and their customers, with a specific focus on gift card fulfillment. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for merchants and sales partners, communicating effectively via phone, email, chat, and tickets.

• Enter and process orders received via email from external client partners.

• Utilize our proprietary software for order processing and card activation.

• Handle shipments via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, ensuring orders are received and resolving issues when they are not.

• Assist merchants in placing gift card orders through our online wizard.

• Work closely with internal departments and teams to ensure appropriate actions are taken.

• Manage inventory of client materials and mailing supply materials.

• Provide reports to merchants upon request.

• Resolve issues related to the activation and redemption of gift cards.

• Exhibit strong problem-solving and people skills to ensure first call resolution. Requirements

• Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Ability to Resolve Customer Service issues efficiently

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience with Order Entry tasks

• Familiarity with Email Correspondence

• Knowledge of Ticketing System operations

• Experience with Support Tickets handling

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively

• Understanding of Adequate Inventory management
