Customer Service Representative / Entry in Wixom, Michigan

Company Information: Luxury Building Products

Work Environment: Onsite/Hybrid Remote!

Location: Wixom, MI (Wixom is Less than 20 miles from Livonia, MI)

Hours: 8AM – 5PM

Remote Hybrid schedule. You will go in 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in

office) WFH2 days a week – Wednesday and Friday. 8-5pm. Non negotiable for work from home days.

1 hour lunch. 2-15 minute paid breaks.

Job Overview:

• You will assist with multiple projects, working with customers (mainly Home Depot & Lowes) –

Example: If Home Depot sends a request to the team stating

they are expecting 50 items that need to be updated (let’s say the size), this

team is expected to update the order.

• In this role, Contractor will also take inbound

phone calls from homeowners (“do it yourselfers”) that customers

(Home Depot or Lowes) may not be able to assist.

• Data Management and working within the company

portal will be a large portion of this role

• Regular communication with team/supervisor, as well

as daily communication with other departments

• They will to communicate back with customer often:

Inbound and Outbound.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

NICE TO HAVES:

• SAP experience.

• Any experience with Menards, ACE Hardware, Lowes,

Home Depot or a Construction company as these are the types of companies you will be working with)

SOFT SKILLS:

-Good typing skills

-Great communication both written and verbal

-Problem solving skills

-Basic math skills because they will deal with returns, credits, measurements, and freight

-Strong multi-tasking

-Very reliable (no attendance issues)

-Professionalism
