The responsibility of the customer service representative is respond to our customer’s needs and communicate those needs to our company’s management team and service technicians

Customer Service

  • A passion for customer retention and pro-active execution of company’s customer retention plan.

  • Efficient and professional handling of customer calls for service orders or inquiries.

  • Performing all work activities in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to achieve and maintain customer loyalty.

  • Serve as a customer service leader within the company through a willingness to work cohesively with other departments and all individuals.

Dispatch

  • Dispatch technicians and monitor their actual work hours into host-based system.

  • Provide administrative support to technicians and field management.

  • Track service vehicles via field force manager

  • Manage and follow through on unbilled work orders.

  • Accurate and timely preparation of bid proposals.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years experience Customer Service Expereince within a professional environment (Preferred)

  • 2+ Years of Dispatching experience (mainly with technicians, not EMS) Preferred

  • Strong multitasking skills/experience is a must have.

  • Experience working with multiple screens.
