Our Ajax client, a wholesale supplier of automatic door parts, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

First point of contact for customers: handle high volume of phone and email inquiries
Screen and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
Prepare and provide quotes to customers and process purchase orders
Greet and handle walk-in customers with their needs
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
Fulfill customer orders, coordinate with suppliers, and manage warranty returns
Enter and update customer information in Microsoft Dyanmics
Handle incoming mail, invoices, and billing documentation
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

2 years of Customer Service experience
2 years of Data Entry experience
Proficient using Microsoft Dyanmics
Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience in Distribution and Supplier Industry (asset)
Positive attitude, team player and reliable
Team player that can work under minimal supervision

Compensation and Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $21 per hour
