We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them resolve issues, answer inquiries, and provide support with a positive attitude. Your commitment to excellent service will help maintain strong relationships with customers and contribute to the overall success of the company.Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about services and assist with order-related issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Process returns, exchanges, and service-related requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Update and maintain customer records and provide feedback on service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage customer concerns with a calm and friendly approach.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.
