We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for an Environmental Equipment Manufacturing company located in Burnaby.

Requirements:

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat requests
• Support the Sales Team and other areas of the company
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Should be proficient with MS Teams, Outlook, and MS Office
• Manage incoming emails, calls, and chat requests
• Be an expert multi-tasker
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

A candidate with Science (high school or university) background would be a great fit for this role.
