Our client in Coquitlam is looking to hire additional support of a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to their team! This role reports & works directly alongside the Owner in a large construction equipment supplier. This is a Full-Time & Permanent role at an industrial equipment supplier company in Coquitlam.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of inside sales and/or logistics experience is required
- Fluent with Sage 50/Simply Accounting (for data entry of orders & inventory control)
- Ideal candidates would have a background in inside sales order processing/customer service and familiar with the shipping/logistics side of following up on orders
- Reference & background check will be conducted
- Available to start ASAP!
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering & assisting customers via incoming phone & emails inquiries
- Data-entry of incoming sales orders
- Coordinating inventory shipment statuses
- Coordinating with both sales, logistics/warehouse teams and customers on their order statuses
- General office & housekeeping duties
