Description:Customer Service SpecialistWe are looking for an exceptional person to fill a key customer service position within our call center. Santa Barbara Auto Group represents 7 Premium Brands in Santa Barbara. We strive to provide a “World Class Experience” to our clients at each opportunity.Automotive experience a plus, but not necessary. This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pmPM19 Requirements:We are looking for a person with the following qualifications:
- Front line customer service experience
- Exceptional telephone communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities
- Direct customer contact experience with problem resolution skills
- Ability to interact with multiple department managers
- Excellent written communication skills
- Extremely PC / IT literate
- Wants the ability to grow with our business

- Customer Service Specialist has a Base Hourly Compensation of between $18 – $22
