People2people have been engaged by a well-renowned client within the Bathurst region to recruit for a Temp Customer Service and Dispatch Coordinator, for a 3-month assignment to assist within their Customer Service Team. Our client is a globally recognised brand that has locations internationally in countries such as Asia, Europe, and the USA.
As the Customer Service and Dispatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, ordering stock and dispatch arrangements. This role will also involve order entry and admin tasks including placing sales orders, organising delivery dockets, and posting of good issuances.
About the person
The successful candidate will have strong customer service experience, good data entry skills and a great attention to detail. You will also have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and exposure to dispatch/logistics/inventory management.
To be successful you will have:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP
