  • Develop and implement persuasive sales pitches to re-engage customers who have stopped their contracts.
  • Reactivate churned customers and encourage them to start again with new packages.
  • Identify and retain customers at risk of churning, and collect outstanding payments from them.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and collect feedback to improve our products and services.
  • Engage in negotiations to find mutually beneficial solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and meet company objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members, share insights and strategies, and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Demonstrate alignment with the company’s culture and values in all interactions, promoting a positive image of the company.

  • Goal-Oriented attitude: possess a strong focus on achieving retention and payment collection goals through strategic sales techniques.
  • Solution-Oriented and Proactive Mindset: approach challenges with a proactive, problem-solving attitude to find effective solutions for customer issues.
  • Attention to Detail: proactively resolve customer inquiries, address their needs, and gather feedback to enhance our offerings.
  • Negotiate effectively: Use effective negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial outcomes and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • German fluency: You will be dealing with customers who speak German, therefore, we expect you to be fluent in the language.
  • Experience in a B2C environment is a plus!
