  • 12 – month contract position**

You will be an integral part of the Logistics & Supply Chain team at Hoffmann-La Roche, and as the Customer Logistics Partner you will be responsible for the supply of Commercial and Promotional Order Management and Investigational Medicinal Product supply. As a team member you will provide superior customer service to internal (Product & Customer Strategy) and external (First-Economic) customers as well as clinical study teams. 

The Opportunity:

  • You will Interact with internal and external customers/suppliers to provide and receive information required including analyzing issues, responding to inquiries and coordinating efforts for issue resolution.
  • You will support distribution resource planning to manage inventory at 3PL’s and control product waste/write-offs and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. That will include stock transfers, stock allocation reviews, inventory management for Canadian Pharmaceutical Distribution network (CPDN) and retro-billing programs and inventory monitoring of the clinical cage.
  • You will enter/manage all order-related transactions with accuracy with efficiency, to provide superior service to internal/external customers and clinical study teams.
  • You will manage system and process changes to meet business needs while ensuring no patient impact including customer orders (EDI/Manual), free goods, patient programs, clinical transfers, returns, credits, bill-backs/rebates, product complaint orders, creation/maintenance of new promotional items, reprint acquisitions, clinical drug receipts and site shipments, clinical study label approvals, coordination of relabeling (co-packer, commercial product to clinical cage, shelf-life extensions)
  • You will Identify process improvements to streamline existing activities, including business case presentation, documentation of process changes, cross-training to ensure business continuity as well as generating and analyzing reports to minimize business and patient impact
  • You will track metrics related to Order to Cash (O2C) cycle and clinical distribution, maintain documentation and provide accompanying training to ensure no patient impact and business continuity
  • You will support internal/external audits through compilation of data as required

Who you are 

  • You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in is a minimum requirement (Preference in Logistics/Supply Chain) with 3 or more years’ work experience in Logistics/Supply Chain in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industries.
  • You have an ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships along with strong problem solving, prioritization & organization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing tasks
  • You will bring excellent analytics skills, and the ability to translate sales statistics into potential solutions
  • You will have exceptional time management skills, agile mindset and proven ability to streamline processes
  • You will be a self-motivated team player – able to be proactive and work with minimal supervision
