To handle activities of Customer Invoicing/Cash Application/Credit Collections under some supervision, respond to customers inquiries and resolve issues; maintain and update data and information with the objective to ensure timely invoicing, expedite and process customer payments and enhance customer satisfaction.

Education and Qualification: Secondary education (O’Level or Form 5) or equivalent Experience: One to two (1-2) year of related work experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
