Job Description
To provide timely, courteous, and efficient scheduling and dispatching of service calls.
Job Requirements

Hours of 8 am – 5 pm

Able to demonstrate outstanding customer service.

Capable of handling a large volume of calls with composure

Ability to fully understand what is being communicated by clarifying with detailed questions.

Attention to detail in data entry of work orders.

Prior call center experience a plus.

Ability to work closely with other dispatchers, CSRs, technicians, and managers.

Knowledge and understanding of scheduling and dispatching software.
-
Promotes teamwork and displays a positive attitude.

Ability to organize your daily priorities.
-
Willing and capable of handling additional work, or projects, as assigned by the call center manager.
Salary
$17.00-$20.00 Hourly
