CSIRO Early Research Career (CERC) Postdoctoral Fellowships provide opportunities to scientists and engineers who have completed their doctorate and have less than three years of relevant postdoctoral work experience. These fellowships aim to develop the next generation of future leaders of the innovation system.

CSIRO Manufacturing are seeking an early career researcher with experience in one or some of the following areas: atom-cavity physics, light-matter interaction, analytical and/or computational many-body, quantum thermodynamics, quantum information theory, quantum chemistry to join the Emerging Energy Technologies team.  The postdoctoral fellow will contribute to the development of quantum battery theory and will work with experimentalists in the development of the quantum battery.
