CSIRO Early Research Career (CERC) Postdoctoral Fellowships provide opportunities to scientists and engineers who have completed their doctorate and have less than three years of relevant postdoctoral work experience. These fellowships aim to develop the next generation of future leaders of the innovation system.
This project will examine if, and how, digital co-design approaches can fuse multiple sources of evidence to derive robust input to supporting management of wildlife species in ways which strengthen both social and technical confidence in a program’s outcomes.
The focus of this position is on developing the next-generation of collaborative data collection and analytical approaches which enable to translation and communication of complex data streams into interpretable and meaningful data narratives, including through natural language processing, Artificial Intelligence enabled data visualization approaches and/or digital dashboard design.
The successful candidate will explore how creative digital analytical and AI tools can enhance and build social confidence and capability data outputs and empower non-technical stakeholders to engage with and understand technical data streams.
