Working Title CRM Specialist or Assistant Director
Brief Summary of Job Description Coordinates, develops, monitors and maintains recruitment and retention information, contacts, workflows and campaigns in Salesforce customer relationship management platform. Under direction of Director, Enrollment Strategies and Insights, executes strategic use of CRM through student lifecycle. Performs analysis, testing, and business intelligence reporting from Salesforce and associated systems. Supports onboarding/access and training of CRM users. Works with Admissions, Graduate Studies and Academic Outreach, and colleges and in developing, monitoring, maintaining and executing recruitment, admission and retention campaigns. Helps plan and carry out updates and changes to universitywide CRM with guidance and collaboration from OneIT and campus ITS personnel. Assists with assessment and reporting, metrics and associated reports. Will consider remote work arrangement with occasional on-campus requirements.
Job Duties Carry out and support recruitment communication campaign development and management in CRM and related systems. Perform process analysis for CRM campaigns, quality assurance testing, data analysis, business intelligence reporting, campaign management and correlated communication flows, within specialized functions of enrollment strategy and outcomes. Maintains and updates data in the Salesforce system to ensure accurate records.
Supports administrative access and role-assignment, training, troubleshooting and usage in CRM.
Assist in coordinating and executing other communications to support the strategic enrollment plan including Graduate Studies and Academic Outreach, college, Honors, International and other stakeholders.
Perform data analysis using common business intelligence practices. Coordinate with IT and admissions and recruitment team to deliver reports of the admissions funnel.
Help support retention/student success campaigns and other uses of CRM. Identify opportunities for increasing effectiveness of recruitment and retention utilizing existing or new systems.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in communication, information technology, business, marketing or related field. Ability to use and incorporate Boolean logic in navigating a database or system. Knowledge of marketing principles related to audience and sales, lead generation and nurturing. Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a change-oriented environment. Must have effective communication and listening skills, ability to work independently, in a team, and with precision.
Preferred Qualifications Prefer minimum two years experience working within a CRM or managing database, including analyzing and reporting data. Prefer Salesforce experience.
Physical Demands
Schedule M-F, 8am-5pm, 40 hours
