CRM Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) 

As Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Marketing Manager, you will join a team of marketing and recruitment professionals tasked with attracting and converting high-calibre applicants to Lancaster University from around the globe. This is an essential role in the development and management of the University’s CRM system. The CRM (Salesforce) is used for student recruitment, conversion and admission’s key functions. Reporting directly to the Head of Market Insight and Product Development, you will lead on developing and delivering CRM business. We have ambitious plans to significantly expand and increase the CRM throughout the prospect journey, you could be a key part in shaping and delivering this development ensuring that the customer is at the heart of all of our activity.     

We are looking for a strong team player with significant experience of managing a CRM system – preferably Salesforce but those with experience of other software are encouraged to apply. You will develop effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, as well as managing the CRM System Support Officer. You will be a champion for the CRM and the advantages it can deliver for the University ensuring good ROI in delivery. 

This full time role is offered as a 13 month maternity cover, though flexible arrangements may be considered. This senior role is offered on a blended work schedule with home working predominant but with a minimum of two days a week working with the wider team on our Lancaster Campus.
