  • As a CRM Campaign Manager (m/f/d) you are overseeing the retention & CLV of our existing customers and are responsible for shaping our ad-hoc B2C sendout initiatives for our product launches & promotions
  • You own the coordination of global and local campaign calendar, as well as content and offers conceptualization in all markets
  • You are responsible for developing campaign design, briefing copy team, final technical set up, and analysis of our ad-hoc campaigns across different channels (e.g. Email, SMS, IM, Direct Mail, etc.)
  • You collaborate with sales channels, brand, and content teams to develop integrated communication with our customers
  • You continuously analyze our customer engagement, purchase behaviors and drive customer research (flavor surveys, etc.) in order to derive actionable insights & optimize customer retention
  • You leverage AB-/multivariate Tests and consistently analyse data and performance to measure the effectiveness and derive further optimizations of all campaigns
  • You are continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows
  • You manage sender reputation and list hygiene, ensuring compliance with regulations, and develop deliverability strategies

Strengths & required qualifications:

  • You finished a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Informatics or any other related field
  • You have 3+ years of experience in CRM or Marketing overall and are well-versed in customer activation, retention marketing and lifecycle management
  • You bring a data-driven mindset, like testing different approaches and know your way around Google Analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Google Looker Studio)
  • Your proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, SalesForce, HubSpot) and marketing platforms ensures deep understanding of how to set up campaigns and troubleshoot technical issues across different channels
  • You are experienced in conceptualizing campaigns, including offers, design layouts, email templates, and content strategy. You have an eye for detail, design, and user experience
  • Your ability to prioritize and your structured & strategic working approach enable you to prosper in a fast-paced, and results-oriented environment
  • You love to work with people from different teams and backgrounds and your profile is rounded off by your fluent English skills

The minimum salary for this position starts at EUR 45.000 gross per year on a full time basis.
